rename NERDTreeWildIgnore option and refactor the usage of it
Rename it to the more intention revealing NERDTreeRespectWildIgnore.
Use it directly in the `globpath()` call rather than surrounding if
statement. Its subjective, but I find this clearer.
Add an initializer for the option.
